Stratis Kamatsos, a US lawyer and English solicitor and social entrepreneur and TedX speaker, founded evo3 olive farms, a company that revived his family tradition of olive oil production on the island of Lesvos, Greece. Through his love and knowledge of olive oil, he began to advocate for its health benefits and the role it played in the Mediterranean diet.
