Author, Social Entrepreneur, and Health Activist Reveals Slow Living Secrets from the Greek Village to Live Longer and Healthier

Motivational social entrepreneur, olive oil connoisseur and expert, and healthy living advocate Stratis Kamatsos launched his inspirational debut book, Slow Life Diet – Greek Village Diet: The Pathway to a Heathier Lifestyle, Healthy Habits and a Happier You. Stratis Kamatsos, a US lawyer and English solicitor and social entrepreneur and TedX speaker, founded evo3 olive farms, a company that revived his family tradition of olive oil production on the island of Lesvos, Greece. Through his love and knowledge of olive oil, he began to advocate for its health benefits and the role it played in the Mediterranean diet.  He not only promoted olive oil’s health benefits, but also saw that the Greek village diet was much more than just food, but it was a lifestyle, and he witnessed first-hand that it could make someone live longer, happier, and healthier.
